This thermometer offers a safe, accurate and quick temperature reading. Calculates the water vapor content (relative humidity) of air at a given temperature. Two identical thermometers, one a wet bulb, and the other a dry bulb. Wet bulb thermometer has its bulb wrapped in a tight fitting muslin cloth material (wicking) which is soaked in water. When the thermometers are ventilated, the wet bulb temperature will be lower than the dry bulb temperature. Subtracting the wet bulb reading from the dry bulb reading yields the Wet Bulb Depression.
